AN exciting transformation of The Clubhouse Hervey Bay is underway with patrons and staff waiting with anticipation to see the completion of the project.
Works will involve an upgrade to the entry façade, the old golf cart sheds removed, and a car park with 70 extra spaces already constructed. Over the next six months the interior of the club will transform into an unrecognisable space with a brand new kitchen and an extension to the Hole-in-One gaming room.
The upgraded Sports Bar and new big screen TVs are sure to be a hit with the punters. The new extensions will include new carpet, paint and furniture which will give the existing dining space a new lease of life.
The piece de resistance of the plan is the new functions room with glass windows to allow for views of the spectacular sunsets and wildlife wandering the greens; the perfect backdrop for a wedding or special occasion. The functions room will cater for 160 people with round tables, 180 with rectangle tables and 220 in theatre-style setting.
The popular kids' area will stay the same, giving parents a little bit of time out while the little ones have a go at the PlayStation or arcade game. You will find the same great atmosphere and attentive staff with a brand-new look and feel to your favourite club.
