CLUBHOUSE CARNIVAL CASH PROMOTION ~ Drawn Sunday 27th October, 2024
7 Draws consisting of 1 x $5000, 1 x $3000, 2 x $2,000 & 3 x $1000 ~ First draw 1.00pm

Promotion runs from Monday 12th August, 2024 to Sunday 27th October, 2024

1. From Monday 12th August, 2024 until 12.30pm Sunday 27th October, 2024, members will receive one (1) entry into the draw with every $10 spend on meals and drinks or $10 turnover in any of our gaming machines when your membership card is inserted.

2. Tickets are automatically generated via our wildcat e-barrel computer with each $10 turnover in the gaming room when the players membership card is inserted in any gaming machine, or $10 purchase in the bistro or bar.

3. Gaming Promotion takes place Sunday 27th October, 2024, between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. There are 7 draws, with a total prize pool of $15,000. Winners must be present at the time of the draw to choose a lucky show bag and reveal their cash prize. 7 Show Bags in total with prizes of 1 x $5,000, 1 x $3,000, 2 x $2,000 and 3 x $1000. Draws are at 1.00pm, 1.20pm, 1.40pm, 2.00pm, 2.20pm, 2.40pm and 3.00pm.

3. The Promotions staff member operates the e barrel draw program. The winners name will be shown on the screen and promotions staff call the winner to come and select a Show Bag.

4. There are 7 draws in total, unless there is an extra draw due to a redraw if no-one claims the prize. Winners will have 3 minutes to claim their prize.

5. Promotion is open to all current financial Members of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC.

6. Employees of the Hervey Bay RSL & SMC INC are not eligible to enter the promotion.

7. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Clubhouse Hervey Bay is final.
